Temasek Foundation-National University of Singapore Programme for Leadership in University Management (PLUM) conference

About

Over the course of two days, university leaders came together in a virtual conference to discuss “University Leadership in Asia’s Next Normal” at the annual Temasek Foundation-National University of Singapore Programme for Leadership in University Management (PLUM) conference

This year’s conference centered around the reshaping of ideas and practices adopted by higher education institutions, in response to the global disruption created by the #COVID-19 pandemic.

TF-NUS PLUM serves as a platform for university leaders to discuss issues, share experiences, and advance ideas on the governance and management of Asian universities. Since 2012, over 250 university leaders from ASEAN, China and India have attended this programme

What we did

We digitally graphic recorded the tw0-day virtual PLUM conference, live at the client’s studio, with strict safe distancing measures in place. All presenters and delegates joined in the conference remotely.

During selected segment of the conference, the event team also made arrangements for live-casting of the digital graphic recording progress to all participants.

In view of the live-casting requirements for some sessions, such as the Opening Keynote, each session was captured on a separate digital canvas, to facilitate organisation of the final set of graphic recording output.

The complete set of graphic recording output was shared with the Client, the same evening of the conference concluded.

How was the visual output used?

Check out Temasek Foundation’s LinkedIn post, which shares some of the visual output. We are looking forward to other creative uses the Client will be using the visuals for! 🙂
